Courtesy of the EpicPromise grant from Vail Resorts, a group of junior and senior buddies experienced Epic Discovery at Adventure Ridge. The Buddy Mentors had a wonderful time, starting with a nature hike, guided by Rachel from Walking Mountains Science Center. Each stop along the tail provided the kids with an interactive explanation of area flora and fauna. Activities moved on to the thrilling mountain coaster, bouncing, flipping and soaring on bungee trampolines, and then whisking down the 550 ft-long tubing hill.
